Since 2017, Brussels-based quartet ECHT! has been igniting stages across Europe, from festivals like Nuits Sonores, Lowlands, and Dour to venues such as Ancienne Belgique and London’s Jazz Café. Their tightly woven instrumental music blurs rhythm and melody into hypnotic, trance-like experiences where individual instruments dissolve into the groove.
Following their debut EP Douf (2019) and albums INWANE (2021) and Sink-Along (2023), ECHT! returned with their boldest release yet: Boilerism. Pushing beyond their bass-heavy roots, the band explores faster tempos and club genres like acid, drum’n’bass, footwork, and UK garage, while retaining their trademark unpredictability.
As a celebration of club culture and experimentation, Boilerism is completed by a remix EP released on March 13, featuring Zohar & Nymfo, Fracture, Yheti, and Jana Rush, bringing the project fully onto the dancefloor.
